06. AI, AUTOMATION, AND AUTOPILOT MODE
Pikzels Intelligence uses AI systems, rules, models, workflows, and automation to analyze content, generate outputs, identify potential packaging angles, prepare Experiments, and support channel operations.
Pikzels Intelligence may process Channel Owner Content, YouTube API Data, source files, transcripts, frames, metadata, and analytics through Pikzels systems or vetted service providers solely to provide, maintain, secure, support, and improve user-facing Pikzels Intelligence features.
06.1 Approval Mode
In Approval Mode, Pikzels Intelligence prepares recommendations or actions for your review. Pikzels Intelligence does not apply a supported mutating action until you approve it through a supported Pikzels Intelligence flow.
06.2 Autopilot Mode
Autopilot Mode is optional.
Before enabling Autopilot Mode, Pikzels Intelligence may show you the Connected Channel, supported action categories, settings, usage implications, pause controls, and other disclosures relevant to the feature.
When you enable Autopilot Mode, you authorize Pikzels Intelligence to apply supported Authorized Actions to the Connected Channel within the scope you approve, subject to available rules, safeguards, product limits, Smart Balance, YouTube quota, connection status, and platform availability.
You may pause or disable Autopilot Mode through supported Pikzels Intelligence controls. Pausing or disabling Autopilot Mode applies prospectively and may not reverse actions already applied.
06.3 Model Training
Pikzels does not use YouTube API Data, Connected Channel data, or Channel Owner Content to train public or shared foundation models unless Pikzels first provides a separate disclosure and obtains any required consent.
Pikzels may use data to maintain, secure, and improve user-facing Pikzels Intelligence features in ways consistent with this Privacy Policy, your permissions, applicable law, and applicable Google or YouTube policies.
06.4 Human Review
Pikzels limits human access to YouTube API Data and Channel Owner Content. Human access may occur only when necessary for support requested by you, security, fraud or abuse prevention, debugging, legal compliance, billing, or other purposes permitted by applicable law, Google policies, or YouTube policies.
Where required by applicable policy, Pikzels will obtain your separate affirmative permission before a person reviews specific Channel Owner data.
07. LEGAL BASES FOR PROCESSING
Where EEA, UK, or similar privacy laws apply, Pikzels processes personal data under one or more of these legal bases:
- Performance of a contract with you.
- Your consent.
- Legitimate interests, including operating, securing, improving, and protecting Pikzels Intelligence.
- Compliance with legal obligations.
- Protection of legal rights, safety, or security.
You may withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing completed before withdrawal.
08. HOW WE SHARE DATA
We may share personal data with:

We may share the minimum data necessary with vetted service providers that help us operate Pikzels Intelligence, including providers for:
- Cloud hosting.

If you invite team members, agency users, or representatives to your Pikzels account, they may access data associated with the permissions you grant them.
08.3 Corporate Transactions
We may share or transfer data in connection with a financing, acquisition, merger, sale of assets, restructuring, bankruptcy, or similar transaction.
08.4 Legal, Security, and Rights Protection
We may disclose data where reasonably necessary to:
- Comply with law, regulation, court order, or valid legal process.
- Enforce our agreements.
- Detect, prevent, or address fraud, abuse, security incidents, or technical issues.
- Protect Pikzels, users, creators, viewers, advertisers, rights holders, or third parties.
- Respond to claims or disputes.
08.5 No Sale of Personal Data
Pikzels does not sell personal data.
Pikzels does not share personal data for cross-context behavioral advertising, retargeting, personalized advertising, credit-worthiness, or lending purposes.
Pikzels does not sell YouTube API Data or use YouTube API Data to serve ads.
08.6 Publicity and Results
Pikzels will not publicly identify you or use your name, logo, Connected Channel, screenshots, analytics, before-and-after results, testimonials, or other identifiable channel content in marketing, advertising, case studies, social posts, sales materials, or other public communications without your separate written or in-product opt-in.
09. GOOGLE AND YOUTUBE DATA
Pikzels Intelligence uses Google API Services and YouTube API Services.
We use Google and YouTube data only for the purposes clearly disclosed in this Privacy Policy, our product flows, our OAuth consent screens, and other in-product notices.
We use YouTube API Data only to provide, maintain, secure, support, and improve user-facing Pikzels Intelligence features that you use or enable.
Pikzels Intelligence does not currently request or use optional YouTube monetary Analytics permissions, estimated revenue opportunity features, or other independently calculated revenue or performance attribution metrics. If Pikzels Intelligence introduces a monetization analytics or derived-metric feature in the future, Pikzels will update this Privacy Policy, provide any required in-product disclosure, and obtain any required permission or consent before using it.
Pikzels does not:
- Sell YouTube API Data.
- Use YouTube API Data for advertising, retargeting, or personalized advertising.
- Use YouTube API Data for credit-worthiness or lending.
- Allow unrelated third parties to access your YouTube API Data.
- Train public or shared foundation models on Connected Channel YouTube API Data without separate disclosure and any required consent.
You may revoke Pikzels Intelligence's Google or YouTube access through Google's Security Settings page.
Pikzels is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or controlled by YouTube or Google.
10. RETENTION, REVOCATION, AND DELETION
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.
10.1 Active Accounts and Connected Channels
While your account and Connected Channel remain active, we may retain data needed to provide Pikzels Intelligence, including Channel Profiles, reports, Generated Content, Experiment history, activity logs, billing records, security records, and product settings.
YouTube API Data is retained only as permitted by applicable Google and YouTube policies. Where required, Pikzels refreshes or deletes stored YouTube API Data within the applicable policy timeframes.
10.2 Disconnecting a Channel
You may disconnect a Connected Channel through supported Pikzels Intelligence settings.
Disconnecting a channel stops future Pikzels Intelligence access to that Connected Channel and may stop future jobs, Experiments, or Autopilot actions. Disconnecting a channel is separate from revoking Google or YouTube authorization or requesting deletion. It does not automatically delete existing Pikzels Intelligence data, so that you may reconnect later and continue using the product.
10.3 Revoking Google or YouTube Access
You may ask Pikzels to revoke its Google or YouTube authorization by contacting data@pikzels.com or support. Upon a valid revocation request through Pikzels, we will programmatically revoke the relevant authorization token as soon as possible and delete the associated Google and YouTube API Data within seven (7) calendar days, subject only to retention permitted by applicable law and applicable Google or YouTube policies.
You may also revoke Pikzels Intelligence's access through Google's Security Settings page. If you revoke access through Google, Pikzels Intelligence can no longer access new Google or YouTube data through that authorization. Once Pikzels detects the revocation or can no longer verify the authorization, Pikzels will delete the associated Google and YouTube API Data within thirty (30) calendar days. This does not prevent Pikzels from retaining separately held, limited data that does not constitute Google or YouTube API Data where permitted or required for billing, taxes, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, legal compliance, backup integrity, or enforcement of agreements.
10.4 Deletion Requests
You may request deletion of a Connected Channel's Pikzels Intelligence data by contacting data@pikzels.com or through support. A deletion request will disconnect the Connected Channel and delete the associated Pikzels Intelligence data as soon as possible and within seven (7) calendar days. This does not prevent Pikzels from retaining de-identified or aggregated data, or separately held, limited data that does not constitute Google or YouTube API Data where permitted or required for billing, taxes, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, legal compliance, backup integrity, or enforcement of agreements.
Deleting data from Pikzels Intelligence does not delete videos, channel data, metadata, analytics, or other information stored by YouTube or Google. To delete data from YouTube or Google, use YouTube Studio, your Google Account controls, or another authorized Google or YouTube tool.
10.5 Records We May Retain
We may retain limited data after deletion or disconnection where necessary for:
- Billing.
- Taxes.
- Fraud prevention.
- Security.
- Dispute resolution.
- Legal compliance.
- Backup integrity.
- Enforcement of agreements.
Where possible, retained records will be minimized, access-restricted, and deleted when no longer needed.

12.2 Authorized Agents
Where applicable law permits, you may authorize an agent to make a privacy request on your behalf. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity, the agent's authority, and the request.
13. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
Pikzels is based in the United States. Your data may be processed in the United States or other countries where Pikzels, its affiliates, or service providers operate.

17. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
Pikzels may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
If Pikzels makes a material change to how it accesses, uses, stores, shares, or otherwise processes Google or YouTube user data, Pikzels will provide notice and obtain any required consent before using that data for the new purpose.
The current version will be posted through Pikzels Intelligence or another Pikzels-controlled location.
