By default, all communication related to YouTube thumbnails is conducted in English. However, if both you and your designer are proficient in another language, you are welcome to communicate in that language.

If you request a refund before we commence work on your thumbnails, we will happily oblige. However, once the thumbnail has been created, we are unable to offer a refund due to the costs incurred.
